2. Puppy Reservation & Purchase Policy
All puppy prices listed on our website are firm and non-negotiable to ensure fairness for every adopting family.
To reserve a puppy:
- A non-refundable deposit is required
- Deposits secure your selected puppy exclusively
- Reserved puppies are removed from public availability
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or transportation arrangements are scheduled.
If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the puppy may be made available to another family.
3. Health Guarantee
Every puppy from Bold GSD Presence is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to joining their new home.
Each puppy includes:
- Age-appropriate vaccinations
- Routine deworming treatment
- Veterinary health certificate
- One-year genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions
Buyers are required to schedule a veterinary checkup within four (4) days of receiving their puppy.
If a significant health issue is identified during this period, eligibility for replacement support will follow the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee Policy.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer safe nationwide delivery options within the United States through approved transportation partners.
Important delivery conditions:
- Shipping is available only to major airports supporting live-animal cargo
- Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Puppies are shipped only after full payment is completed
- Shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions or airline safety policies
Ground delivery or scheduled meeting arrangements may be available for an additional fee.
5. Responsibilities of the Buyer

Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Returns may be accepted within four (4) days of delivery only if:
- A licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health concern
- Documentation is provided
Approved refunds may include a small processing deduction as outlined in our Health Guarantee Policy.
