To support both our puppies and their new families, we maintain a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy.
If a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy’s health condition differs from the records provided or identifies a serious genetic or congenital issue, you may qualify for a full refund.
Refund eligibility conditions include:
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after documentation verification.
If a replacement puppy is requested instead of a refund, written confirmation from two licensed veterinarians from separate clinics may be required verifying the condition.
If, within the first 90 days after purchase, you feel unable to continue caring for your puppy due to unexpected circumstances, the puppy may be returned for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
If the puppy is found to be unwell due to environmental factors or improper care, a refund may not be issued.
After 90 days from the purchase date, refunds will no longer be available for returns based solely on care-related concerns.
If a puppy is returned within 90 days because the buyer is unable to continue providing care:
Returns made after 90 days for similar reasons will also require the buyer to cover transportation arrangements.
However, if a veterinary examination within 7 days of receiving your puppy confirms a serious health concern or genetic condition, Bold GSD Presence will cover all return transportation costs.
